We do not offer a warranty on hair extensions if you have not purchased the product from our salon. If you are a returning customer and have not purchased products from us in your last 2 services with us, your warranty is also void.

Due to the nature of our work, it is possible for clothing to become damaged by chemicals or hair colour during your visit to the salon. While this occurrence is rare, Alexia Mane Salon holds no liability for any such damages to clothing.
